How much will I get?Normally there is a three year time limit from the date of the injury for bringing a claim but there are exceptions where the injured person was under the age of 18 at the time of the accident or where you did not know that you had been injured (e.g. where you develop an industrial illness like deafness many years later)
That will depend on your injuries. You are entitled to damages for the injuries you have sustained which will vary according to the type of injury and it’s effects on you.

You say that the service is free. How can this be?
