Accident Claim Advice: Can I claim compensation? 

In order to claim compensation you need to prove that your accident was caused by somebody else e.g. an individual, a company, a council or other public body.

Unless the accident was wholly your fault you may have a claim that is worth investigating.

Ask Yourself:

"Was I completely to blame for my accident?"

If the answer is:

"No it was someone else’s fault" or
"No, it was partly somebody else’s fault"

- then there is a good chance that you have a claim that is worth investigating.
